The Kitchen includes an induction hob – all Bosch ovens including a combination microwave oven with warming drawer, a main fan oven, a steam oven with warming drawer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, boiling water tap, a TV hidden away in a cupboard and a breakfast bar with four funky stools to sit watch the cook!
The Dining/Music Area flows from the kitchen – a lovely long room with glazed doors direct to the main garden. There is a glass dining table, chairs and two leather sofas from which to listen to the Baby Grand piano or music system in complete comfort.
Utility Room off the Sitting Area provides a second separate tall fridge and separate tall freezer, a second dishwasher plus a washer/dryer

The main garden has a large Iroko table chairs, an oak sleeper Coffee table & Chairs, a teak lounger and a circular area of Easy grass lawn, pebbles, and a well stocked pond.
Leading from the Kitchen there is a courtyard with table & Chairs, gas BBQ and chiminea.
Parking: Ample parking on wide driveway behind electric gates with EV Charging (7.2Kw 32 kAmp)

The Baby Grand is a Kawai GL10. It was Brand New in October 2022. We have the piano tuned regularly by Coach House’s Senior Technician – Andrew Harrison.
